Lee Kum Kee Chu Hou (Chinese Five-Spice Sauce) is made with a special blend of soybean, sesame paste, spices and fermented soybean curd. This convenient cooking ingredient is specially designed for braising meats and vegetables. Most popularly used to make Chu Hou Beef Brisket dish.

  • For seasoning, stews or marinade, we recommend 2 tablespoons for every 300g of ingredients.
