Delivery Services

At NOVAMALL, we partner with top courier companies in the UK, including DPD, Evri and Royal Mail, to guarantee a safe and worry-free delivery. Please see below for a list of the services that we offer with each delivery. Fresh and frozen produce must be delivered within 24 hours to maintain the correct temperature and ensure freshness. If there’s any delay and these items are not delivered the next day, our courier partner would unfortunately need to dispose of them to maintain food safety standards. By shipping them separately, we help guarantee that both your perishable produce and your ambient produce arrive safely, in the best possible conditions. For fresh and frozen foods, we only cover England & Wales. 

* When you order both ambient and fresh/frozen produce, the order will be splitted into two separate deliveries to maintain food safety standards. 

* For the health & safety of our courier partners, we recommend keeping less than 15KG per order. If you order is over 15KG, please contact NOVAMALL by info@asianova.co.uk to place your order

 

Delivery Options

1. Ship to Address or Ship to Pickup Point 

  • Available for your order over £20. 

  • Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.  

  • Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. 

  • After dispatching, parcel will be delivered in 2 - 4 business days. 

  • Free delivery on your first parcel for orders over £50. 

  • An additional £5 charge for fresh and frozen packaging will be applied. 

 

2. Pickup in Store Service (Free)

  • Available for your order over £20. 

  • Available at NOVAMALL (NW2 6GY) ground floor pickup point. 

  • Please select Pickup in Store when you check out the shopping cart. Please contact a member of staff when you arrive near China House and show delivery order number/confirmation email for collection at the ground floor pickup area. 

  • Order will be ready for collection on every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00 except public or bank holidays. 

  • You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup. 

 

3. Special Delivery Service (Free)

  • Available for your order over £20. 

  • This service is currently available to UNCLE Colindale residents (postcode: NW9 4FZ, NW9 4GA, NW9 4FX, NW9 4FY, NW9 5HE, NW9 5FF) 

  • NOVAMALL will review the special delivery service coverage from time to time in future. Please contact us via email if you would like to check for the possibility of coverage.

  • Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. 

  • Email notification will be sent for any special delivery arrangement.  

  • You will have our Special Delivery Service when you check out the shopping cart with the above six postcodes.
