Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade is a sweet taste soy-based all-purpose sauce flavoured with a touch of herbs and spices. Ideal for braising chicken wings and meats, also good as a seasoning for stir-fried dishes, noodles and spaghetti.
To make Chicken Wings in All-purpose Marinade, boil 2 portions of Lee Kum Kee All Purpose Marinade and 1 portion of water. Let chicken wings fully immersed in the liquid, bring to boil then turn to low heat. Cook until done. Turn occasionally.
